Test ride a Brompton Electric bike at Brunswick Velodrome on Sunday, 7 April 2024!
Over the last 5-10 years there has been increasing awareness and acceptance of the benefits that pedal-assist electric bikes (“e-bikes”) provide. Riding a bike (regular or electric) for transport is not only fun, but results in better mental and physical health, reduces pollution and traffic congestion, and has many flow-on benefits for our community as a whole. Electric bikes enable more members of our community to continue to ride, and for longer and/or more often than they might otherwise.

This is why Bicycle Network have organised an E-Bike Expo! It’s an opportunity for you to meet us out of the shop on a Sunday, to ask any questions you may have, and test ride e-bikes around Brunswick Velodrome!
Bicycle Network have also promised entertainment, speakers, food and drink – and Merri-Bek Council’s transport team will be on hand to engage with the community about sustainable transport in the area.
