Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. There is a $100 shipping fee per regular Brompton, and $150 per Brompton Electric in all domestic areas within Australia – excluding some remote areas and hard to go places where usual mode of shipping may not be possible.
Parcels will be shipped using Australia Post services. All accessories and parts are sent via Post eParcel and Express Post services. Delivery times range from next day to 2 weeks depending on your location within Australia.
Bicycles will be re-packed into cartons that they arrive in from the factory prior to being shipped by a courier service. Delivery times range from next day to 2 weeks depending on your location within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
You will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number in the Shipment Confirmation email. Parcels can be tracked here: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
You will be contacted by email &/or telephone to confirm shipment details such as collection confirmation and delivery estimates.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Brompton Junction Melbourne is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to any incoming goods your might choose order through our store. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We do not send cartons or parcels internationally, and cannot assist customers to do so.
Brompton Junction Melbourne is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We are not permitted to perform sale transactions with customers who are not in Australia at the time of the sale. We do not offer to assist customers with international shipping arrangements.
